Problems Out of nowhere

Hi guys

hope you having a great day, well for the past two weeks i got these two notifications

There’s a problem with your account. 

In compliance with regulatory requirements, we need some additional information to confirm your identity as the account owner. 

this happened just right after i did sent some money to two of my cousins the first one got it but when i sent to the other one i got these notification and something about confirming my identity i did it n took pictures of everyhting i have, that they claimed that in 2-3 days they'll give me an answer it's almost two weeks right now and there's nothing ... idk what to do i bought from a website n got that confirmation email again i did it n added all the papers they asked about AND i sill got these two notifications 

tbh it annoys me and idk how to get rid of this ... and as i said the last pic is almost two weeks old

Your best bet is to phone them for an update?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
