I had an extremely good service from one of the paypal agents in resolving an issue with Ebay. Ebay was supposed to refund me with 50$ coupon and never did. I called ebay 4 times and last time I was asked to contact paypal for my $50. Hence I called Paypal and they had clear transactions showing the amount refunded went to Ebay coupons and Ebay is suppose to pay me back as coupons. So Mr Brian from despuites in Paypal made a confrence call with ebay stayed with me for an hour on the line. trying to resolve the issue. We both were transfrered 6 different times in Ebay and each time a new agent picks up and we explain the issue and they say its not them who resolves it and gets transfered.

I highly appreciate Brian who helped me throughout the process and doing all the talking for me.

Is there a place where I can appreciate such great service? Please let me know. I have a deep respect for companies like paypal who treat their customers well and now a low respect for Ebay for putting me through such a pain.

Its good that you take the time to post a good experience, we seem to only get the folks that come on here to moan about something.

Whilst this is a user to user forum the moderators do read the posts although they don't always reply if a post has been answered ok, but I am sure that one of them will read this and pass on your thanks.

Failing that you can always send a personal message via their Facebook or Twitter customer services pages.

Thank you much for the response. Very true, most of us complain a lot and take less time to encourage. I think it was an eye opener for me as well. I am learning to appreciate more than complain. Can you provide me their Twitter tag?
