i would suggest anyone who had moeny being held for any reason for over 1 day file a formal bussiness complaint againt papal, inc.
they are illegally holding money from peoples account while they think about the issue. really, think about the issue.
both issues i am mentioneing were resolved before they even took the money out of the account.
$1450 and holding it even after buyer called ebay and paypal and told them while on 3way all was settled.
still nothing.
