Paypal Support = Hire People With Brains Please

I'm having a difficult time with Paypal's support for a simple case which is linked to another disputed case (won). However, up till today, the support has not been pulling their weight to answer my questions and investigate my case. The problem lies in them just replying A for A, B for B standard open close answers probably looking at "manual". I find it amusing they ignored all my questions and explanations when they do that.
I want to report the quality of service to Paypal International and ask for someone who really does their job to investigate my case and give me answers to.

I've been going back and forth with new support every day. My tolerance level is up to here now. Someone with experience please look into my case.

I totaly agree whit you .
I spend 1 hr on the phone talking to idividuals from Philipine , why do I have to give a non citizen al my information and in the end not been able to help . It's frustraiting to know that my banking information is handled by inferior help .
I'm considering closing my account .

Agreed. I had to call the CS 6 time before able to talk to the higher management (7 weeks time frame). But, still haven't heard any resolution for my case...
