Hello!
Few days ago my polish PayPal account was limited (cases PP-003-858-755-762 and PP-003-843-990-556) and yesterday I've received an e-mail that you're initiating the closure of my PayPal account.
Polish PayPal customer support asked me only two things:
1. To change a password and security questions from Poland.
2. To give a proof of address.
I've explained to them many times that I was in Germany and I haven't an access to my personal computer for a few days! That's why I have not ability to change them from Poland!
Also I've uploaded all documents proving my address, including statements from ING Bank and Pekao bank!
Now I'm in Poland and I'm ready to fix all issues, I've sent an e-mail to skarga-odpowiedz at paypal.pl, but they replied to me that they decision to leave my account in a permanent limitation status is final!
I'm a honest user and I need PayPal account! What have I done wrong???
Regards, Andrii.

Hi! Thanks for reply!

Is there any central office in PayPal to write them?

Regards, Andrii.

I had similar issues validating my PayPal account from home when I was traveling in Europe in 2013 ("home" was in the U.S.!). Not good! Not I sign on to veryify a payment to a business and thanks to the new PayPal interface I cannot find my payment to a business to confirm that payment anywhere! Thanks PayPal! How very convenient! Where is my history? How do I access it now? Did I make the payment or not? I don't know! I can't check my email because the payment was to renew my email service. (oh, good) Now what?!!! So I can't find any reference to my issue in FAQs. I can't email to PayPal. I can't call them because they're CLOSED! (oh, good) This really sucks. Give me back my old, familiar, and highly functional PayPal interface ANY DAY! Sound like sour grapes? Thank you, PayPal!

And I do not use Facebook or Twitter! Those highly compromising social venues are not anything I am interested in. Why would PayPal force their clients to go that way against their will to deal with PayPal issues? Sounds like they are just trying to pass the buck (again). If PayPal is the most trusted way to spend money online in the world, why can I not reach them to get answers to my questions pertaining to my PayPal accoutn with having to be referred to blogs to try and dig around for some answer remotely? How weird is this? What intellectual giant came up with this strategy?!

For PayPal , read mine field. Half the time you are dealing with automated replies. Ie there is no one at the other end. As my father would say, as far as PayPal are concerned, " the lights are on but there's no one home". You are talking to a brick wall my friend. Sad but true. Accept the things you cannot change.
