In case anybody at PayPal cares,
1) I like the new interface (saw today for the first time) BUT you've removed two links that I use frequently, not just from the home page but (so I was told) from the site entirely! 1) PayPal Manager, and 2) PayPal Working Capital. I called and was told the only way to access them now is typing in the direct URLs. How annoying. If they're part of PayPal why make it an extra step?
2) I wanted to use the email paypal function to ask a couple of questions and give some feedback but it was incredibly annoying as there was absolutely no general category or "other" option or anything to do with interface/web type issues. I didn't want to send a message to a random category so I ended up here.
3) By the way, when I called, there were also no relevant categories. All voice activated phone services should have a "something else" category so that you don't have to sit there hollering "Operator" or "something else" into the phone... There is nothing more annoying than automated customer service that has no provision for exceptions.
