There is no "talking" to customer service - the phone number is just one long sales pitch for various "deals" like auto insurance, directv and medical alert systems.

It seems you may have performed an internet search for the number to contact PayPal and located the wrong number.  You can always get the most up to date number by going to our Help pages and selecting the option to contact us. 

We recommend this over using search engines because our site is up to date, and as it seems you may have found out, search engines don't always provide you the right numbers

hello sir.. i m  a fresher of this online marketing. some days earlier i order an item in ebay which required paypal. how do i use it? there is no option for add money. as well as i am using mestrocard (state bank of india, india and old card) i could not add this card to paypal. always says  card no is wrong. how do i make purchase. or add balance in paypal account.  should i take paypal master card. how do i get it...
