Just wanted to let you folks know, I appreciate your decision on my recent dispute with TigerDirect. I still can't believe they never even responded to any of my/our correspondence other than their 'pre-programmed' response e-mails and one-sided phone conversations, that I got for weeks on end. I still can't believe how they treated me after 10+ years and thousands of dollars of business with them. If I treated my customers like this, I'd have been out of business years ago. At any rate, I'm putting the money in trust for my customer for the machine I had ordered for her in the event that it fails within the warranty period. 🙂 Thanks again!
