Paypal claim that my seller has responded to my original dispute message to him.
I cannot find this reply.
My original message is the only thing showing when using the drop down options in the Resolution Centre page.
Cases Requiring Action - Nothing
Cases awaiting other party's reponse - Nothing
Only "OpenCases" and "All Cases" show my one and only case.
Can anyone help me understand this or is it possible for a seller to respond with a "Null" or blank message?
