Pending?

I just started a bill me later account and tried to make an order, for some reason it said that it couldn't go threw because of verification issues or something. I sent an email to bill me later about that but it is stil pending twice in paypal. When will it fall off? I send two emails and haven't gotten a reply can anyone help me out?
