Before I go completely nuts can someone with a modicum of intelligence please help..
i have had a paypal account for over 3 years...
up up until the start of 2016 every time I transferred money to my bank the money was normally there within 2 hours..
Out of the blue in January 2016 PayPal placed holds on my withdrawls for a period of 7 days ( fine as a one off)
things were OK again until May when they started placing holds again, 84 in all between May and July
it was OK again until 5 days ago when they have started again.
I am deaf , my friend has rang PayPal 20 times on my behalf , he has been told there are no issues with my account yet clearly there are otherwise it would at some point of stopped.
after 72 hours they clear but for this to happen every time is clearly extremely annoying to say the least....
the escalations department are utterly useless , quoting terms and conditions and never answering the questions I ask..
surely 84 payment holds cannot be considered " random" or " occasionally " as they state.
could someone please give me a plausible explanation because PayPal can't...
