Over a Decade with Paypal and it is only getting worse

Ever since this "NEW" program was launched by Paypal we have had nothing but problems.

I have called in over 10 times about problems in the use of the new system.

First, Ready to ship was showing many items we had already shipped.

          So much time waisted on filling orders that had  been shipped.

          We called and complained. Several times.

 

Second, Then d to ship was showing NOTHING, So things were not getting shipped.

           We called several to complain about this.

          Asked to be contacted by a supervisor, Great lip service but that was all we received.

 

Third, (Present Day) With the ready to ship problem STILL going on.

          Now when we log in to the home page our transactions only show a canceled transaction of a month age.

          Nothing current, Clicking on Show all transactions, we still only show the canceled transaction.

          I finally clicked on the "OLD PROGRAM" and all the things show up.

         Calling in we got nothing but a great hand job, And not even breakfast.

 

The paypal person was polite and tried to be helpful, but told us that NO TICKETS WERE OPEN on our account.

        SO NOTHING WAS BEING DONE.

 

        This "New" program is such a POS!

        Like I said, we have been a paypal user for a long time, OVER 10 YEARS

        I guess this only shows how much Paypal cares for Customer Retention "0"

       Looking into new options to receive payments, Guess we will have to go to credit cards.

 

What a sad state of affairs paypal is in.

As A newer user, I have been rather taken aback by how PayPal handles things. I have been an active user around 100 days. $15,000.00 in total sales and about $10,000.00 in purchases. ( yes, that is not a typo, twenty five thousand dollars) It would seem that PayPal randomly holds money at its own wish for no good reason that even a superviser could not answer. Now, I agree with the the other person on this thread. Items I ship, there is a delay with tracking information.  Sometimes up to a few days. But, the thing here is the random "holding of MY money, not ebays, not PayPals. I was promissed that since I passed the " funds availibility program from Ebay, this would not happen again. Just imagain, selling 5 ounces of 24k gold ( roughly $6650.00) and having to wait 21 days? Gold and silver markets leave very little room for profit, after ebay and PayPal fees, it is almost next to nothing. Well, todays little fiasco and the non english speaking supervisers ... lets just say she could have cared less. PayPal... you lost a $100,000.00 a year customer. These numbers are not fudged, check User Azes_0 thats me. Now, If PayPal can afford to lose me and my 3% I feel very bad for sellers whom do less business. My first and only post. My account will be closed and I will move on. For the rest of you folks, take a few moments to search alternitives to PayPal. I would rather wait for a mailed check then use them or, their rude uneducated staff EVER again.
