As A newer user, I have been rather taken aback by how PayPal handles things. I have been an active user around 100 days. $15,000.00 in total sales and about $10,000.00 in purchases. ( yes, that is not a typo, twenty five thousand dollars) It would seem that PayPal randomly holds money at its own wish for no good reason that even a superviser could not answer. Now, I agree with the the other person on this thread. Items I ship, there is a delay with tracking information. Sometimes up to a few days. But, the thing here is the random "holding of MY money, not ebays, not PayPals. I was promissed that since I passed the " funds availibility program from Ebay, this would not happen again. Just imagain, selling 5 ounces of 24k gold ( roughly $6650.00) and having to wait 21 days? Gold and silver markets leave very little room for profit, after ebay and PayPal fees, it is almost next to nothing. Well, todays little fiasco and the non english speaking supervisers ... lets just say she could have cared less. PayPal... you lost a $100,000.00 a year customer. These numbers are not fudged, check User Azes_0 thats me. Now, If PayPal can afford to lose me and my 3% I feel very bad for sellers whom do less business. My first and only post. My account will be closed and I will move on. For the rest of you folks, take a few moments to search alternitives to PayPal.
