Pay Pal has terrible customer service. I have been a customer since 2002, received a call from PayPal informing me I had a fraudulent
transaction. Customer service was good at reading a script, but terrible in solving the problem. They could not even confirm that PayPal had called me. I am closing my account, asked to speak with a supervisor, who was not available. Good luck for this company, they will need it. If all customers decide to close accounts, maybe they will figure out that customers do count!

The customer service and methods provided for such are atrocious. I was refunded my money from the seller for a product I returned, but paypal is sitting on it rather than simply putting it back in my bank account. They are very prompt in taking payment, but it's an enormous task trying to get your money back. Customer service in resolving this has gotten worse.
