Pay Pal has terrible customer service. I have been a customer since 2002, received a call from PayPal informing me I had a fraudulent transaction. Customer service was good at reading a script, but terrible in solving the problem. They could not even confirm that PayPal had called me. I am closing my account, asked to speak with a supervisor, who was not available. Good luck for this company, they will need it. If all customers decide to close accounts, maybe they will figure out that customers do count!
