Yes I do want, because my money is stuck on my Paypal account, and I am trying whole January to withdrav the funds, but the people who are working in customer support doesn't respond to my emails...

Ohh so thats great! I would have to use a third parties website to talk to someone at Paypal.

In what way do these third party social media sites absolve Paypal from handling customer support issues in real time, person to person, by phone?
