Autopay my Paypal Extras Mastercard Bill

I cannot seem to find a way to setup autopay from my bank to pay my monthly PayPal Extras Mastercard credit card bill.  

This seems odd since I can setup autopay on all my other household bills.  Even the trash company is doing it now.  What's up?

I called customer service and no joy.

How can such a big company not offer this simple tool?

Good question. Out of dozens of cards I've tried, the Paypal MC remains the ONLY card that still lacks support for automatic payments. This makes it very difficult to use the card.
