hello l own paypal account and am from kosovo my account are limited because am not able to use paypal just why am from kosovo am so sad:/

l need help l sent maybe many time mail for help and l get not the correct help from paypal l work with hosting l sale game servers and web hosting

l have costumers from many contry and they want pay with paypal but like l said up l cant menage my account for now l own credit card from Raiffasen Bank it big nationality bank in europ many now this bank and l add my Visa Card l verifacet all my info l sent my id card my adres but after l sent my dpcument my paypal account are permanently limited thet is big cause for me and big wrong step from paypal!

I'm not a culprit becous l live in kosovo this is my contry l can't change my life but paypal make big mistace with me for this

l dont know what do to more am in my last steap l hop this can see paypal and help me mor to get my account again active

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in.

If paypal is not available in your country yet then you can't use it unfortunately and you can't use another countries account.

l understand but l can't  open new paypal account because paypal blocked my credit card and l dont have document with difrent contry onlly from kosovo

l hop paypal can take l look and help me maybe because l have buisnes account?

You cannot use an Albanian paypal account in your country.

thets correct l opened my paypal in albania because l can't find my flag of kosovo but l really am tired and sad l dont understean why paypal accept not peopels from kosovo what is the wrong in us?

Of course there is nothing wrong with your beautiful country, but paypal is not available in every country and unfortunately your country is one of them.
