Hi, I recently request to confirm my card then after 24hours a code was sent to me via my bank statement and when i click on the link to confirm my card, all i got was that their is an internal error.. And have been trying this for two days

Don't click any email links. Log on to your PayPal account, then go to Wallet page, click the bank or card you linked and enter the info from your bank or card account as instructed.
