Is there a way to contact paypal customer service without logging in? (1) 'Message without logging in' option not showing (2) Calling customer care - says no one currently available. Can't log in, can't contact customer service, can't even close the account (for my other paypal account) Is there a way to atleast unlink paypal from my bank account?
