When I try to verify my phone number and type in the 6-digit number that PayPal texted me I am just prompted with:
"We're sorry, there seems to be a problem. Please try again later." - Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Is it a UK phone and a UK paypal account?
Do you have sufficient funds on the phone to accept texts?
Have you added the phone to your paypal account correctly?
