Hi. I received a refund on an item that I didn't request a refund from. The seller said they need to issue a refund and cancel my order and I received a message that my order was cancelled. The seller hasn't contacted me since then and I have left several messages with no response. I would like to receive my item and report that the item was not received. Does anybody have any advice about what to do when a seller issues a refund without your consent? I am not happy with this seller. Please let me know. What do you think I should do? Thank you.

You can't force someone to sell to you, and you can't open a dispute for non receipt if the seller has issued a refund.
