Shipping Method wording in the drop down

Hi,

I don't sell products on my website, just the treatments. I recently uploaded a "Voucher For All Occasions" on the website and It's working BUT when it comes to the customer filling in the details for the payment I don't like the wording in the drop down i.e. it's for postage within Ireland and when you click on it the wording in the drop down says "Default" is there anyway I can amend the text "default" to "Postage" or even "Postage Within Ireland"?Would prefer "Postage"
