Problem with login and can't contact customer service

Hello, i am trying to login but get the msg " Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us  and we'll help resolve it." Then i follow the link and goes to help pages. I choose 

Common Issues

Password and account access

Resets, unlock account, unknown charges

and login problems

 I try the call service and i get the login page that i can't use because i cannot login duh!

What can i do?

Since we only have limited customer service on the phone due COVID-19, you can maximize our Chat Support on the Contact Us option of any PayPal Page.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypal pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
