How do you deal with a postal code when you have to verify your address?
The place I live has no postal code but on the webform you have to submit a postal code to be able to proceed.
Submitting a imaginary postal code does enable you to proceed but doesn't get your address verified because the document I provided doesn't have a postal code because the place I live doesn't use postal code.
A vicious circle and I cannot reach the customer service by phone (closed), no answer to my email and need to do a payment (GRRRRRR)
