Cannot update date of birth through notification message

Hi all,

I have just set up a new PayPal account and have one notification saying "Some of your account information is missing. If we don't receive the information by 12 Nov 2018, you won't be able to receive money in your account".

The information missing is my DOB. I enter this and click on Save and Close. After this, there is nothing I can click on. The small Submit button is grayed out. Going elsewhere on the site, I still receive this notification and my DOB is still incomplete.

How can I fix this?

I have the same problem. There is a green check mark next to the edit link but i cant clik the submit boton on the bottom.Please help i can use my acount.

I'm having the same problem, paypal are witholding my money because of this.
