Phone number and country

Why can't I add a phone number in PayPal settings? I've tried 15x already and however way I write, it's saying it's invalid phone number.

And why does it show now here that my country is Estonia if my primary address is in US? I need it to be US.

Hi @Villuvee,

I'm sorry for any confusion. What @kernowlass was saying is that when the account was opened, you selected Estonia as the country to register in. If you're being prompted to enter an address and phone number in Estonia, that's the country that was selected. You would have to close the current account and open a new one in the US.
