I am trying to pay E-junkie to upgrade my account.
The upgrade costs 10 dollars. I have 10 dollars in my
PayPal account, but when I try to make the payment an
error message appears that says
"Amount can be only increased by 20%"
What does that mean? This had never happened before.
I googled this error message and this is some kind of issue with the recurring payments/subscription integration with merchant site. You will need to contact the merchant and notify them of this problem. Have them google the error message to troubleshoot the problem.
