@PayPal_Donna, I was told I'd have to create a whole new account bc I no longer have access to my old cell number. Why can't I verify my identity via my email or answer verification questions in order to salvage my long-standing account? This is very disappointing and displays a level of incompetence. PayPal is a enormous company. You're telling me bc of a simple cell phone # change, there's nothing PayPal can do to help me regain access to my account? P. S. I'm sending this using a new account I was forced to create.
