PayPay used to take shipping charges out of my balance. Now they take it out of my checking account! I do have more than enough in my PayPal balance, so why aren't they taking it out of there??? Is there a setting somewhere that I can change that?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
