Hello i've sent all money to my bank account so paypal balance is 0.00. I'm leaving UK so i want to close my business account and open business acount in other country. When i try to close account it says that it is not possible and i need to contact costumer support. What should i do how to cancel it and open a new one? Because as i know its not possible to open two business accounts one the same name so i need to cancel this one first. Help me guys please.
