ey for a 180 days thats not right of this company to do this in these trying times

How can pay pal hold my money for a 180 days this is wrong and i cant beleive that this company would even think about doing this to someone in these trying times i need my money they have not explained the reason why the only thing diffrent on my account is instead of buying

The hold on the funds is in case disputes are filed against your PayPal account by senders and so money will be there to cover the refunds. What's left over you can withdrawal after 180 days when PayPal notifies you. You somehow breached user agreement, or violated acceptable use policy, exactly as listed or unlisted but remotely related.

"Our decision about holds, limitations and reserves may be based on confidential criteria that are essential to our management of risk and the protection of PayPal, our customers and/or service providers. We have no obligation to disclose the details of our risk management or security procedures to you."
