This might sound weird but its a desperate attempt to save money.

i have to paypal accounts and want to use one as the savings my self control sucks though

so im taking one papal account changing my number listed on there

changing my security questions and changing my passwords to nonsense that i wont be able to mess with my saving. i did the same with the gmail associated with the account 

a year from now will i be able to get into the account again without access to the email, phone number , password or security questions?

Hey @otha92,

I definitely wouldn't recommend doing this. If you don't have access to the email or phone number related to the account, you won't have the ability to access it in the future. I would advise finding an alternative way to save your funds instead of using false or fake information on the account.
