I added a user to my account so that they can help me manage the account for record keeping purposes. However, there is nowhere for her to login so that she can do her work. No email for her, no login info. She tried using the username we created for her but it doesn't work. We tried having her login with her password on the email associated with the account, but it didn't work. What do I do so that she can access the account without having to give her the account login info? I gave her specific access points but she can't get into the account.
