Where is the email option for customer service?

Hi! Need help with changing my bank's currency from PHP to USD. I don't have a US number so I can't call. Before there was an email option but I can't find it anymore. Please help.

Typically your withdrawals will always be made in your local currency, not even if your linked local bank account is USD denominated. This is stated in the User agreement you agreed to when you signed up for a PayPal account. PayPal makes money from the currency conversion of foreign currency withdrawals so let us know if you're successful in choosing the withdrawal currency that you want.

They have also started charging 3% when withdrawing to linked US bank accounts.
