Verfication pending but there is no option to upload documents

Hi, This is Matt <removed> Recently I have received a notification in my PayPal account to upload proof of identity and then I have uploaded my license card. but after 24 hours I have received that email from support

Unfortunately, one of your documents is missing, so we'll need you to send it.

Please log in to your account and check your notifications. Find the notification that asks you to provide documents to confirm your identity, and then follow the link to upload:

- A copy of your social security card, W-2 or pay stub. If you don't have access to any of these documents, you can go to your local Social Security Office and request a letter verifying your Social Security number that they will date, sign, and stamp.

After we receive and review your documentation, we will notify you via email regarding the status of our review.

So, after reading this I have logged into my account and click on the notification to upload an SSN Card. but there page popup and says We’re reviewing your documents


Thanks for providing your documents. You should hear back from us pretty quickly, but in some cases, it could take up to 2-3 business days.
and its been more than 5 days but still no answer from support and about my account kindly solve this.

Hi @matt119,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty uploading additional documents. It sounds like there was an error made and the dashboard was not reset to allow the upload of another document. Please reach out to customer service to let a representative know that the dashboard needs to be reset to allow you to upload another document. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
