My account history is not displaying 'Expired' transactions. I need this feature to be able to claim a refund from my bank. Can someone help, please?

Hi @OlanrewajuM,
Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. It sounds like you mean 'Expired' Orders or Authorizations you have made with a company. After 30 days they should automatically cancel if unclaimed. If you need further information on an expired order, you will need to reach out to our support team by phone or email with the transaction date and amounts and they should be able to provide you with any details you need.
Hope this helps,
Siobhan
