I have an active paypal account. Now paypal needs to verify my account so as to continue any transactions with them.The problem is my proof of identification..My Philippine passport was expired last April 2021 and the other 2 ID's they require are driver license and national id. Sad to say I don't have neither of these 2 ID's that paypal requires.how can I proceed on verifying my account.I really need to get money on paypal I cannot withdraw them.,any transactions I have made shows I can't proceed.can someone help me on this??a big thanks to you
