Trying to log into my account but its asking for a code being sent to an old phone...

so how do i change that number to my current number? and due to the covid-19 thing i cant speak to a live person..... nobody on the phones and nobody on the message center. please help!

Hi. Thank you for keeping your account up to date. However, since you are experiencing that I would love to give you options if the same code will still sent to your old phone number. I believed that you are doing the correct steps. If problem persist I will suggest to close your PayPal account and create a new one with the same information and update your phone number. Please visit www.paypal.com and then sign up for free. You may close you account by going to your summary page and then you’ll see the “close/delete my account” at the button of the page.
