Setting up business information issue dates

I don't know how much of a stickler PayPal is for business information, but I've tried to enter the date for the org I'm setting the account up for as 1862, unfortunately it doesn't seem like I can enter an established date before 01/01/1900. It won't bother my client I think if the real established date can be set, but I worry PayPal may consider that false information.
