WHY IS PAYPAL DEDUCTING SHIPPING CHARGES FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT? IN THE PAST, I REMEMBER THE CHARGES COMING DIRECTLY FROM MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. THERE SHOULD BE NO CONCERN FOR ADEQUATE FUNDING AS THE ACCOUNT WILL CONTAIN THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF THE ITEM BEING SHIPPED.
THANX,

Take a look at your preapproved payments and see what payment method is selected for your billing agreement with eBay.
Additionally, you should check this article to make sure that payments from your balance are able to be made at this time.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
