Request to add mobile number to account

How do I get rid of the constant request for a mobile number when I first log in. Keeps saying it needs it to get started. I do not have a mobile number to add to this request and would prefer to just say no and have this request go away. It is beyond annoying!

Yeah I get that too but it is not required. Unfortunately there is no way to block it. I just click the X to close the window and move on.
