Regarding changing of shipping address after making payment

Sorry to bother the community. 

I just made payment to someone but I need tp make a small change in the shipping address. 

Is there a way to make changes to the shipping address after making payment?

The party that I made payment to is already contacting customer support, but I would also like to know from other's past experience if anyone has any.

Hope anyone can share with me solutions.

Regrettably, once a payment has been sent, it cannot be edited or changed.
