Problems on verify my mobile phone verification

Hi,

 

When I try to confirm my mobile phone, I can't receive any verification message to verify it. My phone works well at receiving other text message.

In general, this can happen for multiple reasons. The most common would be if the same phone number was added and confirmed on another PayPal account. If this is the case, I would recommend removing the phone number from the other PayPal account to resolve the issue.
