Problems on verify my mobile phone verification

Hi,
When I try to confirm my mobile phone, I can't receive any verification message to verify it. My phone works well at receiving other text message.

In general, this can happen for multiple reasons. The most common would be if the same phone number was added and confirmed on another PayPal account. If this is the case, I would recommend removing the phone number from the other PayPal account to resolve the issue. If the account has been closed, please reach out to our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available.
