No longer have access to phone number

Hi,

I'm trying to log into my old account since my bank account is connected to that account.

But I forgot my password and when I try to reset it, it asks for phone number verification.

I don't have access to that phone number anymore. Is there anything I can do?

It sounds like our security system needs you to complete an additional verification step to access your account. If you cannot complete this process because you do not have access to your old phone number, I would recommend giving us a call and completing the verification with one of our agents over the phone. If you would like to call in, you can find the correct phone number for your country by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and by clicking 'Contact us' and then 'Call us'.
