Other account hacked and changed my email address

my other account was somehow hacked so I had to make another one, they changed the primary email address so I can't recover my account and I also can't get ahold of paypal support. For the love of god can someone from support contact me so I can get the money out my account that someone **bleep** has locked me out of, its not like we are in a pandemic or anything. How the hell can I not even recover my account via credit number, social security number phone number or anything tangible!!!!!!

Contact options for Paypal at the moment are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
