Hello, I want to close my PayPal account and create new one. I Know I can't use same email as on previous account. But can I use same phone number on it? Or would it be a problem? Thank you for help.
If you closed the previous account properly, you can use the same email address again to open a new one. I've not read any documentation that says you can't use the same phone number once the account that was using it is closed.
