My account has been changed to Business, why?

Since the redesign happened, my account has been changed to Business from Personal. Why is this? Does it automatically change your account type if you reach a certain amount of payments received? I have made a couple of sales on Ebay, is that the reason why? If not, how do I downgrade back to a personal account? I don't want a business account as I am not a business.

It shouldn't upgrade you automatically to business account so that is strange.

To downgrade, must contact customer service though:

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click MESSAGE US or other contact options such as live chat.
