Microsoft Authenticator does not give me correct codes (unable to log in)

Hi, 

 

Writing this message desperately after trying to contact paypall over the phone but their lines are closed, chatting is not possible too. 

 

I cannot access my account due to the fact the two step verification is not working. The app worked in the beginning but now it does not work. This is so frustrating. my account keeps getting lock. the message when I enter the code is " there is an issue with the code you entered. Let's try that again" and after multiple codes tired. My account gets locked. When I try to to reset. Paypall page prompts me "WE can't recognize this is you, call us". 

 

 

Please help a friend ASAP,

After several connection attempts, the code is systematically refused (invalid code). a few weeks ago, it only worked once in 3 !
What is Paypal's response to this serious security problem ?
