Problem: Cannot logon to paypal account due to having a new telephone number.
It seems to do anything with paypal today you need to be sms'd before accessing your account. Thats fine but i have a new number and now cannot even communicate with paypal due to this sms additional security feature which as i mentioned is keeping me from logging on.
How can i update my account information regarding my new telephone number when paypal wont let me logon without recieving an sms on my old number?
